Thank you for shopping at ORCHARD CHIC THREADS PTE. LTD. We want you to love your new clothing. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all garment tags fully attached.
  • It must not have any traces of makeup, perfume, or deodorant.
  • Items on sale, underwear, and bodysuits are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
